Warranty & Returns
LAPTOP WARRANTY
Warranty is limited to hardware faults under normal usage.
Warranty will be void in the following cases:
1. Broken / Physical Damage
Any breakage, cracked screen, body damage, hinges, or ports damage is not covered.
2. Any Internal / External Damage
Damage due to mishandling, burning, surge, or unauthorized repair/opening voids warranty.
3. Water / Liquid Damage
Water, moisture, or liquid exposure is strictly not covered.
4. Laptop Shutdown / Dead Issue
Not covered if caused by:
• Electrical issues (voltage fluctuation, short circuit, non-original charger)
• Overheating due to vent blockage (using on bed/sofa, dust)
• Laptop fall or physical impact
5. Exchange for Unwanted Reasons
No exchange/return if customer dislikes for no reason.
WARRANTY COVERS
1. Hardware Issue Due to Driver
If any hardware malfunction occurs because of driver error, missing driver, or compatibility issue, it is covered under warranty service.
2. SSD Slowing Down (No Reason)
If SSD speed drops abnormally without misuse, it is covered.
3. Windows Lagging (No Reason)
If installed Windows lags due to system fault (not virus/software), service will be provided.
4. Minor Issues
Includes support for:
Wi-Fi problems
Lagging / slow performance
Windows errors
Basic technical faults
Necessary Conditions
Original invoice required
Warranty seal must be intact
Warranty starts from invoice date
Customer must backup dat
